Prayer of the week

Good Morning... This week I am asking for prayers on my two little angels Tori and Haley. Tori has a little rash on her face that we think she got from some make-up for Christmas, it seems to be getting better. Haley went to school this morning and I got a call from pre-school just after an hour of her being there saying she got sick. I brought her home and she has been sleeping ever since. So lets pray that they have a fast recovery. Thank you all and God Bless.

The Sound of Music

My daughter and I watched 1 of my most favorite movies tonight. The Sound of Music. I was'nt sure if she would like it due to how old it is. Boy was I wrong..... She loved it!!!! She wants to be like the kids one day dancing and singing. We cuddled up in a electric fleece blanket my best friend Evette gave me for christmas and watched it. It was definatly a moment for us that we won't forget. I hope it becomes a traditon in our family to watch it every year. Maybe next year Haley will join us. If anyone who reads this have a daughter(s) I recommend you get this movie and cuddle with her and watch it.

Christmas with my In-Laws

We went to my in-laws around 4 pm Christmas Day. Shirley had a nice serving of finger foods for us to nibble on. Jeremy and I got a 7 piece dinnerware set from Pampered Chef!!!! Prayer Chain

Good Morning everyone I wanted to let you know that I am going to start a prayer chain. Once a week I will have someone who really needs our prayers. I will give as much of the situation as I can. I will then give updates on how the prayers have helped. Whoever believes in our mighty God knows that he can do amazing things. But also keep in mind he has a plan for each and everyone of us. He might not answer they way we want him to but God has a plan. So please don't give up and just keep praying you will see amazing things if you do. Here is the email I reiceved on Hannah. Lets make her wish come true!!!!

Subject: Hannah's last Christmas - her wishThis is the true story of my 5-yr old 2nd cousin, Hannah Garman, who wasdiagnosed with glioblastoma multiforme, a rare and incurable braintumor. She has been given 12 weeks to live and is currently in her 7th week. She was going to be the flower girl in our wedding in May, but wasdiagnosed a week after we asked her to be the flower girl. This isespecially sad because her mother died 2 yrs ago from breast cancer.Right now she has lost most of her motor skills. She is confined to bedand cannot really do anything or play with the gifts she is getting frompeople, but she LOVES getting cards - she has gotten so many from peopleshe does not know and just loves to have grandma read about the peoplewho send them and see their pictures and is so proud of all her cards. Her room is just filled with cards. When asked what she wants for Christmas she said she wants to see howmany Christmas cards she can get. Many people have passed this wishalong to their churches, prayer groups, friends and family. There areschool groups where children are making her cards. People are includingpictures so she can see who it is that is sending her the card.If you would like to help with her wish, you can send a card to her at:Hannah Garman704 Orchard RdLititz, PA 17543THANKS! Feel free to pass this along to your own prayer group, church, school, etc. Let's see if we can have the cards coming in big postalbags for her this Christmas, since it will be her last holiday.P.S. You can also send my email to anyone you forward this to, if theyhave questions. sheripie@hotmail.comread more about Hannah, see pics, & stay updated on her progress athttp://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http://www.caringbridge.org%2Fvisit%2Fhannahgarman> (Pic of me and Hannah attached. This was taken a week before her > diagnosis. It was the day I asked her to be my flower girl. She was so> excited that she put on her princess costume to 'practice' :)>--------------------Tonyah has shared a link with you. To Ryan

Ryan I am so sorry for all the pain you have endured. As I cry for loosing you I rejoyce for your life with our heavenly father. Although I did't know you that well I knew what a couragous fighter you were and still are. you went through more than I could ever imagine. Know as you are looking down on us that your mother is in very good and loving hands. We all will be with you soon....

Thanks for all the prayers

I wrote awile back that my cousin had cancer and ask for friends and family to pray for my family. This morning my dear cousin lost his fight with cancer. But I know your prayers helped him go peacefully. He has been fighting this terrible fight for too long. He was in pain and tired. he told his family he was ready to go and at that time I knew he was on his way to our wonderful God. Please keep my family in your prayers as his family grieves with this during the holiday season.

I would'nt have him any other way. He is the sweetest nephew anybody could ask for. Happy Happy Birthday big guy!!! I hope your day is filled with lots of fun and happiness. Bug hugs and kisses from your Aunt Christina Uncle Jeremy Haley (aka Bonnie) Tori and Devon. We love you bunches and bunches.

Happy Birthday Stephanie!!!!!!!! I hope your birthday was everything you exspected and more. Chason gave you the best gift ever and that was walking!!! But here is a picture that you probably have'nt seen in awhile and it is my gift to you. This was around when we met. Vetern's Day Parade

My Brownie troop is amazing!!! They definatly have the spirit of a Girl Scout. We do alot of things and there paticipation is wonderful. We attended the Veter's Day parade on Tuesday and the girls did a GREAT job. They never once complained during the walk and while we were listening to the Vets at the square they were quiet and respectful. That is a tough job for 6 and 7 year olds. So I want to say thank you for again being the best troop!! Here are some pictures of that day.

My kids recieved their school pictures a few weeks back, and I just learned how to scan them onto my computer. So here they are.

Halloween pics

This is a picture of my Brownie Troop. We decided to go to a nursing home for our Halloween. We chose Manorcare mostly because they were having their fall festival on the same day as our meeting time. I must say the kids had a blast! They even got a good laugh at their Brownie leader with pink hair and the co-leader with a clown wig...lol. All of my girls dressed up and were very polite to the residents. You guys are a great troop :)!

We learned so much that day, such as crushing corn to make cornmeal, shooting a arrow with a bow, learning about indians and how they lived, they were able to paint on cloth that was going to go on a teepee, and how to make dream catchers.

There we all are Christina, Tori, Marissa and Nissi. We had just arrived and were registering.

Last Saturday I took a few of my Brownies to the Camp El-Wa-Ho 50th annivarsary celebration the kids had such a good time. Here are some pictures I would like to share with you.
